Established in 2001, Jiangsu Weirun Forging Co., Ltd. is comprised of Jiangsu Longtai Alloy Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Xinya New Material Co., Ltd. It was one of China's early pioneers in smelting alloy steel and manufacturing various types of forgings.

The company primarily engages in the production and operation of alloy steel smelting, electroslag remelting, forging, casting, and mold making. Through years of development, Weirun has established a comprehensive integrated industrial chain encompassing the recycling of domestic and international materials, smelting, electroslag melting and casting, forging, casting, and precision mold processing. The company is situated in Danyang City, a nationally recognized civilized town and renowned hub of China's automotive components industry, located in the prosperous Yangtze River Delta. It benefits from a superior logistical location adjacent to the Yangtze River ports and the Jinghu (Beijing-Shanghai) Expressway.

The company occupies a land area of approximately 100 Mu (over 16 acres), with factory buildings spanning more than 40,000 square meters.

Its key production equipment includes:
Electroslag Furnaces: 3 units of 1-ton, 1 unit of 3-ton, 1 unit of 10-ton, and 1 unit of 15-ton capacity.
Forging Equipment: 2 units of 2-ton air hammers, 1 unit of 1-ton air hammer, 1 unit of 3500T hydraulic press, and 1 unit of 3M ring rolling machine.
Production Lines: 1 fully mechanized electro-hydraulic hammer production line (3-ton capacity) and 1 casting production line.

Weirun is also equipped with extensive machining and heat treatment facilities, spectrometers, and various physical and chemical property testing equipment. With fixed assets valued at RMB 553 million, the company achieves an annual industrial output value of approximately RMB 300 million. It employs over 200 staff, including more than 20 technical professionals. Weirun consistently ranks among the top enterprises in Danyang City for sales revenue and tax contributions.

Production Capabilities:
Smelting: Produces flat, square, and round steel ingots in various materials, weighing from 80kg to 15,000kg, with an annual output of about 25,000 tons.

Electroslag Remelting (ESR): Produces ESR ingots in various materials, weighing from 200kg to 10,000kg.

Forging: Manufactures various gears, gear shafts, blocks, and custom-shaped forgings, with an annual forging capacity of approximately 30,000 tons.

The company maintains long-term collaborations with numerous major corporations, including China South Aviation Industry Co., Ltd. (Southern AVIC), Nanjing Jinteng, Xi'an Xihang, and Tailong Group. Currently, Weirun's annual production capacity exceeds 30,000 tons of steel ingots and 15,000 tons of forgings. Its products are widely used in the wind power, chemical, machinery, automotive, shipbuilding, power generation, metallurgy, mining, and petrochemical industries.
